Are there other lice type bugs that can infest a persons body..mostly hair? - lice and hair types

I noticed that I have lice in my small error rate of hair loss, lice are not typical, that I have seen. Appear white when I'm with a black shirt and there are tons of white tape or stuffed animals that are on my shirt. Decreases at other times. I realized I did not know a line is typical, and they have a leg as far superior to the other when the contact or / w leg repeatedly, the hair is very agataited. Please help me.
